Impact rollers consist of a tape roller with a steel main body to which shock-absorbing rubber-coated impact discs of various sizes, fixed with support rings, are attached to prevent the discs from slipping from the ends.
Impact rollers are normally used in the sections that come under the pouring chutes, the chutes at the transfer points, to absorb the load impacts that need to be absorbed, and thus to increase the protection against damage and deterioration that may occur in the material carried on the belt.
